Inspiration

OK. I have a few videos/series I have actually seen that does inspire my work and I think I would add links to what they are here
No order and I will state if I have actually seen the series/move or not (this is just a small list of what inspires my animation work, not story work) I don't know the names of all of them so... Meh

Here they are :)
This is a cute little animation based on My Hero Academia. It is apparently a big thing but all I know is that while still being at SIT in the stress time, for some reason this video inspired me to keep going and working hard on my work. The song is cute and so is the animation. I also like the animation within it, falling down and rolling (makes me wanna try it)

Cute style, cute song and simple animation with amazing effects. I inspire to create content like this one day. Every time I play this I wanna animate in this style and also to animate more and more. I only found this today and still love it lots
I have mentioned this in another post, but this animation is pretty well done and it opened my eyes to more in the effects with animation world I never really considered. I have not seen the series and do not plan to sorry. I love the sad story and the epic fight the most (the walk and snip cycle are... Interesting to me). I look to more of the fights, effects and transitions from scene to scene with this animation. So cool
I have seen this anime. LOVE IT. It is a really good anime that makes the simple/normal things in life amazing, beautiful, and extraordinary. The water effects and simple yet complex animation done in the introduction is fantastic. The story is simple and normal. I do love this series and encourage others to watch as well (everyone is different so if others do not like it that is OK too). I sometimes look back at this animation when thinking of what I should do next with my work
One of the newer anime's I made time to watch (it took a year to get through season 3 but I did it). Very cool animation and a slightly different style to most anime's. Amazing fighting and great character plots. I do like how the introductions are structured and how it gives a little time for every character (there is a lot). Good story for most

I don't know this anime at all. I heard the music for the intro and wanted to see the intro. Very cool intro. I like how the fire animation is done. It captures so many fast movement and explosions. Love the music too. I might make time to watch this anime but it is not one I would normally watch (and knowing me I probably won't)

:) I like this anime. I have seen all that I can for what has been relesed and love it. Again, I simple story line with a great focus on character development and struggles (which I often love to play/practice with my own work). Water being a big part of this story, the water animation is really cool. Also has a very cool style and does a great job with characters. The intro has very interesting approaches to introducing characters and showing/foreshadowing struggles. I like it

Cute, and relatable. This is a simple story based on some normal people with some quirks. Watching this actually helped me understand my classmates a lot better (more often than not I feel like I am misunderstood of misunderstand them as we are all so amazingly unique and different). It showed me a new take at how to create an Amazing Intro (3D aspects). I do like this cute love story and the simpleness of it. One character I relate with lots (they are so innocent and pure, they often don't understand what the other characters are talking about:) )
This is a league of legends add I saw on youtube. AMAZING. Very well done. I get inspired when watching this. There are many different types of animation styles and angles. The glitch effects are fantastic. Very cool. Please watch
Another league of legends add that is in an anime style. Amazing. There is an amazing fighting within a 3D space and I do love it lots. I also like the style of the animation. Cute, simple and then beautiful. Cute music too. I do suggest watching this too. I just like it lots
The first anime movie I ever watched. I watched this during my first year of SIT. The internet was so bad on that Saturday that the time to watch this film went from the movie's set time to 9 and a half hours of trying to watch it. It forced me to focus on the little parts of the frozen screen a lot and I took a lot away from it. I recently got the chance to watch it again, with it not freezing... AMAZING. Great story, great animation, great music, great background art. I cannot write down all that I took away from this story but it's amazing
I read the manga for this as well as the film. Again, internet was slow and it took about 5 hours but, SO CUTE. I love the animation of the children and the simple colours but beautiful art within this film. Such a simple story plot yet done so well. This film I used a lot to show what was going on within my head and my animation style I want to try and go for (one toned). I also got another chance to watch this film without it freezing and took even more away from it. So cute and a great story
I have watched this classic anime, but this video is not about the anime but is a fan-made/ edited version of some clips from it. I really do like the anime a lot (the twins I could understand sometimes). I put this video because the usage of how they time the music and scenes is done SO WELL IT IS FANTASTIC. I keep going back to this over and over and it still astounds me how well edited it is. This inspires me to learn how to edit and time things very well, as it makes a huge difference. Very well done
A fellow student at SIT showed me this around the start of the year. I have not watched this anime and might never get around to it. But the fight animation might me one of the reasons I watch this though. With the little clips within this video, I do get inspired to play around with angles and camera work, all with the fighting. I did watch a short clip of AMAZING ANIMATION with a character avoiding/running from some bad people. So good. I cannot find it but the character flies around and all sorts, ending up in the bar sideways from all the force he had on him well running. Really cool

Notable mentions are Batman Ninja with style and costuming and really great animation, School Babysitters with the very cute style, story with real aspects and cute babies, Hetalia with the short and strange way of telling stories/history (how info can be given), Cells at Work for the very informative way to showing how the body work/making learning epic and fun, The Girl Who Leaped Through Time for the cool style and story telling/animation effects, Yurri on Ice for the amazing animation with ice-skating and being one of my first anime's, Veggitales for being one of the few animations/things I was aloud to watch growing up, Amazing World of Gumball for combining so so soo many different styles of animation, Klaus the new films I am yet to watch but for being a huge influence on the world of animation, Steven Universe for being the first series I watched that was out of my comfort zone with style and story, and We Bare Bears for being really cool and interesting animation techniques

And that is all I have for now of some animations that really inspire me to work harder on my work (remember, it is looking at the animation inspiration, not so much what the story is). I hope this better others understanding of what I look to for inspiration and how that can impact my work
