BSA725 update

OK, We have sorted the story idea for our major project (the basics of it)

Well first in class, we all went over everyone about who we are and what work we've made has made us the proudest

First I show a photo of when I was younger, and made them laugh when I told them that when I look at photos of myself younger, I generally don't know which one I am (Trinity and I just look to similar). They thought that was really funny. I then told them who everyone was (I asked my mum who I was to know this)

My eldest sister Jasmine to the bottom left, second eldest sister Chelsea in the middle bottom, only older brother Joshua on the bottom right, the triplets beginning with Trinity on the top right, Ashleigh in the middle top and myself at the top left

They wondered the age gaps between as we all look very close in ages. The largest age gap is the triplets and Jasmine being 5 years older, Chelsea 4 years older and Joshua 1 year older than us. They were amazed. My mum had doubled her kids in one go, and they were all under 5. The triplets were in the paper about that actually. So it is funny to me

After that, I show 2 finished drawings I had created, first being a cute drawing to show how I like cute things

The second drawing got a lot of reaction like, did you really draw that? Wow! Oh my gosh! Sir!!!! Etc. It was fanart of My Hero Academia, Sir Nighteye. I will not spoil anything, but this character showed and had me feeling the pain of his departure. So Well Done... So I had to draw it. and I did. It is a newer drawing so that is why I am proud of it

I showed the Brother Doctor animatic (sad version) and described how what makes me happiest is when I see others enjoy my work and also storytelling

I then moved on to show them Notated Brothers, even a brief explanation of how I felt like my work was not good enough for Center Stage last year and how I felt sad about it... But then I heard and saw everyone loving the story I had made, even coming to me afterwards telling me how much they liked it

It made Notated Brothers my proudest work so far

Then I was done. Later we moved on to go over the ideas everyone had for what I should use for my major project. Everyone had amazing ideas! I showed my idea along with the others who had presentations (2 others). I knew it would not be pick, but I had aimed to give the others a larger scope of what we would use and other ideas that could spring from it

I showed the animatic along with some explanation of how I got the idea and how it could be useful, but more to the add to the story for other story kind of thing

I then also showed the YouTube video that inspired me to create this animatic. Everyone thought is was the very music and video they imagined me watching/listening to. Very funny. I didn't watch it for the cuteness or music. I watched it for the animation. It was so well done! Also the story behind it. It was cute and simple. I just loved it

I was glad to show it. It did not get picked, and I don't mind. Celeb and Luqman's idea got pick, and it is such a cool idea! They were one of the few who presented a presentation. I am very pleased. I had hoped for a simple sweet story, with no adult themes (drugs, smoking, drinking, murder, etc). I am very pleased indeed

Also, we were going over the roles everyone will have within the team. I was a little too tired to understand fully what it meant (and I got a little shy) and didn't put my hand up for anything at the time. But, I did, the next day, go back and write my name up for a few roles I can take part of. I am glad I managed to write it up

Next week, we will be looking into the story A LOT more and also some concept art I believe. I might be wrong. We'll see

Oh yes, I am really happy to have meet the new PostGrad Students in our class. They are So Cool! :D I am very happy to be working with them and getting to know them better
