Everyone was at the meeting (Sorcia online) and Fabri and I explained what we are expected to do

Then we jumped right into menu planning. After discussing a lot of possible food, I suggested that we do a stock take, so that we know how much we'll get and how much we'll have left over in food

Also, I created a list of everyone's names for the $5 list. Everyone who has paid would be listed/ticked off. Not everyone paid...

But the next Sunday I went to do a stock take with Ramya. But Ramya got unwell and couldn't join me. So I got my sisters Trinity and Ashleigh to join me

I was dumb and forgot my paper list I wrote (the menu list), so I used my memory and listed whatever I thought was on the list
