The next step
I am over the stress hole I fell into
Now, back to work!
This looks Bad
I will make the hair look like hair with stands going to the top of the head
Now checking the render view
Much better!
I noticed the middle spike. The 3/4 view looks better without the middle spike
The side view looks great with it
The front view looks weird with the spike
So I will look at my animatic to see if I need the spike or not

If I was to ever making an outside scene (I can add trees to my mini city), use VUE. It can create trees! I can add rocks, and as many items I want

I have fixed the topology for Joel's shirt both in Marvelous Designer and now Maya
Now NCloth
I am trialing the shirt for Joel first. To animate it, I am not including his hair until it is simulated correctly (spins on the spot for this trial)
I have asked tutor Rachel for some help to remember how to do it
Turns out I didn't need tutor Rachel. Thank you Vivi :)
It worked! When rendering, do not forget to use Cache (like in Marvelous Designer)
It cannot render and simulate at the same time
Now the pants :)
I have a plan. I will have two pants for Joel. One main pants when it is simulated in a sitting position and exported as an object, and the other for when he moves
This is because Joel is sitting almost the entire short film. So it will save me trying to get NCloth doing its best when Marvelous Designer can just have him sit and stay still
Strange. I am finding some fun things within NCloth
