2D Upgrading change of plan

I have decided to use After Effects for the 2D Upgrading

This is for many reasons

1| I will be using that software to add the colour effects

2| Trying to load the PNG Sequence will be a challenge in ToonBoom

3| It will take less time to try and get it all set up in After Effects, and can time it more to the animation

This does not mean I won't use ToonBoom

I still use ToonBoom for the face animation, and plan to get the grey spreading animation done within ToonBoom as well
